Quiet sandy beach with many rock pools. Used mainly by Looe locals and Plaidy residents. There are some superb fishing marks at either end of the beach. At low tide its a great spot (usually fairly sheltered and calm) to launch kayaks. There are no car parking, shops or toilets, so be prepared to walk, take a pack lunch and be prepared to stand still at least waist high in the sea for a few moments every now and then
